Salam and hi to all bloggers n readers. This consider my 1st entry on my 1st day of
healthy diet for "TARGET KURUS" . Memang la dengar macam kelakar and ada possibility ke? hahah ada akakk kesah!!!!!!!.. whateva...

First of all..i mmg suka makan, tambahan after grad bila dh start keje n ada poket money sendiri.. segala jenis makanan dari yg murah sampai yg mahal harussssla cuba kan... i citer sket my background yg bersangkut-paut dlm target kurus ni. I'm 30yo mama. Berat before couple(dgn my husband) is 45kg with tall 150cm. During couple time naik secara tahunan(5yrs couple) sehingga my wedding day.. my weight increase to 50kg!!! Org lain kawin berdiet2 bagai... but me??? heheh tak tau nak kata.. happy sangat kottt??hahahah then.. 1st year kawin dah pregnant(bunting pelamin) .. rezeki kan..alhamdulillah. during pregnancy time berat i menurun..bcoz of alahan yg selama 9 bulan. After dapat baby yg comel n healthy n very the clever... bermula lah edisi berat yang tak terkawal sehingga ke hari ini (now my baby dah 3yo which means selama 3 tahun ni berat i adalah 65kg dgn ketinggian 150cm!!!!!!!)OMG cuba imagine muka kiut(perasan sendiri)...tapi rendang hahahhaha sentappp akak ^^ .
Walau bagaimana pun...i tak penah putus asa utk diet walaupunnn kaedah diet tak jalan... hahahhaha. But this 2012yr nak tak nak(sbb akak dah berumo 30yo ,dah timbul healthy wellness ).. i nekad utk diet tapi kali ni berbeza dari diet2 sebelum ni.. kali ni healthy diet. ^^ with my motto of diet, "better then never" ^^
